Craftsmanship & Construction
- What is the difference between half-canvas and full-canvas?
- Half-canvas construction features floating horsehair canvas through the lapels and upper chest, with fused backing below. Full-canvas construction extends natural horsehair canvas from the shoulder down to the bottom hem of the jacket. Full canvas provides superior drape, moulds seamlessly to your body heat, and lasts significantly longer.
- Where are your suits made?
- All individual paper patterns are drafted in our DIFC atelier, and our garments are finished by specialized artisan tailors using traditional Savile Row handcraftsmanship methods.
Pricing & Turnaround
- How much does a custom suit cost at Own U Fashion?
- Our precision Made-to-Measure suits start from AED 2,499. Handcrafted Full-Canvas Bespoke suits start from AED 4,500, with prices depending on your choice of fabric (Loro Piana, Zegna, Scabal, etc.).
- What is the standard turnaround time?
- Standard bespoke commissions require three to four weeks, incorporating two to three individual fittings. Made-to-Measure requires 10 to 14 days.
- Do you offer express tailoring for urgent events?
- Yes. We offer an Express VIP service that delivers completed bespoke garments in five to seven days, and Made-to-Measure within 48 to 72 hours for an express surcharge.

- Do you offer home and office visits in Dubai?
- Yes. Our master tailor travels across Dubai with fabric books to provide private fittings at your home, office, or hotel. Book a Visiting Tailor
- What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, bank wire transfers, and cash in UAE Dirhams.
