Commission Terms
Bespoke Commission & Payment Schedule
All bespoke and made-to-measure commissions are confirmed with a 50% initial deposit at the time the order is placed and cloth is reserved. The remaining 50% balance is payable upon final fitting approval, prior to delivery or collection.
Cloth Reservation & Mill Orders
Selected cloths are reserved from our mill partners at the time of deposit. Because luxury cloths are cut to order, fabric reservations cannot be transferred to another commission once the cutting process has begun.
Individual Paper Patterns
Your individually hand-drafted paper pattern remains the property of Own U Fashion and is archived securely at our DIFC atelier. Patterns are retained so future orders can be produced with refined fit and minimal re-measurement.
Fittings & Alterations
Bespoke commissions include the fittings outlined at consultation, along with our 30-Day Perfect Fit Guarantee for post-delivery adjustments. Details are published on our Delivery, Alterations & Fit Guarantee page.
Privacy Policy
Discretion & Data Protection
Complete Client Confidentiality
We operate strict confidentiality protocols for high-profile clients, government officials, and VIPs. Client identities, measurements, and commission details are never disclosed to third parties.
Measurement & Pattern Data
Body measurements, posture notes, and pattern records are stored securely and accessed only by the master cutters and bench tailors working on your garments.
Contact Information
Phone numbers, WhatsApp contact details, and email addresses are used solely to arrange consultations, fittings, and deliveries. We do not sell or share client contact data.
Photography
Photographs of garments or fittings are taken only with the client's explicit consent, and are never published without written approval.
